FHJP and our partners at the National Health Law Program last week completed a trial challenging the confusing notices Florida uses to terminate Medicaid coverage. The trial included testimony from Medicaid enrollees as well as evidence about problems in the state agency’s call center and the computer system used to determine Medicaid eligibility.
