We use litigation to enforce healthcare rights for vulnerable Floridians. When public healthcare systems deny people access to services or due process, we take legal action. Our clients have included severely disabled residents, former foster youth, trans Floridians, and Medicaid enrollees, among many others. Through strategic litigation, we win relief for individuals and create systemic change that benefits communities statewide.
We are grateful to the National Health Law Program (NHeLP) for creating the Health Law Partnership, a project that supports this vital work in Florida and other states.
Florida Health Justice Project engages in comprehensive advocacy to expand health care access and promote health equity for vulnerable Floridians.
