Enforcing Health
Care Rights

We use litigation to enforce healthcare rights for vulnerable Floridians. When public healthcare systems deny people access to services or due process, we take legal action. Our clients have included severely disabled residents, former foster youth, trans Floridians, and Medicaid enrollees, among many others. Through strategic litigation, we win relief for individuals and create systemic change that benefits communities statewide.

We litigate to address systemic failures in public healthcare systems when people are not able to access the services or the due process that the law guarantees. We have represented severely disabled residents, former foster youth, and trans Floridians, among many others.
