Jocelyn Armand serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Advocacy at Legal Services of Greater Miami. In her current role, Jocelyn oversees Legal Services’ Health and Income Maintenance. Her work focuses on helping clients access to public benefits, improving healthcare access, and advocating for individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness. She plays a central role in challenging systemic barriers that prevent low-income and marginalized communities from accessing the support they need to thrive. Jocelyn also leads the organization’s community engagement efforts, developing strategies to raise awareness of available services and forging impactful collaborations with community-based organizations, healthcare providers, and government entities.
