Glorian Maziarka is a licensed Florida attorney and currently serves as a Children’s Health Access Attorney with Florida Legal Services. She assists families with children navigating Medicaid and healthcare access issues, including guardian advocacy and less restrictive alternatives as children with developmental disabilities transition into adulthood. Originally from Puerto Rico, she earned her B.A. in Psychology with honors from the University of Puerto Rico and her J.D. with honors and a Certificate in Environmental Law from St. Thomas University School of Law. Ms. Maziarka is admitted to practice in both the Southern and Middle District Courts of Florida and has vast experience in various areas of poverty law. She is fluent in Spanish and basic French. Before law school, she worked as a case manager in a homeless transitional program and advocated for ex-offender rights in Palm Beach County.
