Ellen Cheek is a Senior Staff Attorney specializing in elder law at Bay Area LegalServices, Inc. In addition to direct client service, she has been involved in bothfederal and state grant-funded projects which are designed to facilitate and improvevulnerable adults’ access to civil legal services. Ellen currently serves as Co-Chair of the Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation Committee of the Elder Law Section of theFlorida Bar, and she has received recognition from the Section, AFELA, and the Bar’sConsumer Protection Law Committee, for her work in this field.
