B. Maria Carrubba-Fuentes is a Senior Staff Attorney with the Senior Advocacy Unit at Bay Area Legal Services, Inc. She represents older adults in Bay Area’s service area in a wide range of legal matters including landlord/tenant and subsidized housing issues, family law (such as temporary relative custody), public benefits, guardianship and protection of vulnerable adult populations to resolve HCBS Waiver matters and wrongful discharge/termination in long-term care settings. Maria is admitted to practice in Florida, New York and New Jersey.
