Jerson Dulis serves as Executive Director of the Florida Health Justice Project (FHJP), where he leads statewide efforts to advance health equity, protect access to care, and amplify the voices of underserved communities through legal advocacy and systems change.

With nearly 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, Jerson brings deep expertise in organizational development, fundraising, strategic partnerships, and community engagement. Prior to joining FHJP, he served as Director of Strategic Partnerships & Philanthropy at Broward Community & Family Health Centers (BCOM), where he cultivated high-impact relationships with foundations, corporate sponsors, and local, state, and federal government entities to drive funding and community-based initiatives. A passionate advocate for health justice and inclusive care, Jerson has spearheaded initiatives focused on Medicaid enrollment, tobacco cessation, ACA marketplace outreach, and transportation services—consistently centering the needs of low-income, immigrant, and historically marginalized communities. His results-driven, people-first approach fosters cross-sector collaboration and translates community-identified needs into sustainable, mission-aligned solutions.

Jerson holds a Master of Public Administration from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Thomas Edison State University.

In addition to his professional work, Jerson is deeply engaged in civic and community leadership. He serves as Treasurer of the Greater Caribbean American Cultural Coalition, where he has led culturally responsive public health initiatives for over a decade. He also serves on the boards of the Fort Lauderdale Community Development Corporation, The Humanity Project, and ICU Community, supporting local efforts to advance equity, housing, education, and community development.
