Eunice Maling

Eunice joined Legal Services of North Florida in July 2025 and focuses on gun violence and public benefits, including, but not limited to Social Security benefits and Supplemental Security Income. Prior to working for LSNF, Eunice worked as a Court-appointed defense attorney for Office of Regional Conflict Counsel, specializing in juvenile dependency and juvenile delinquency. She also worked for Emerald Coast Legal Aid prior to this as a staff attorney. From her exposure to working with poverty-stricken clients, Eunice is aware of the issues with access to medical care for her clients.Eunice received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in economics with minors in management and political science from University of West Florida and her J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law. Eunice lives in a suburb near Pensacola, FL with her husband and two active young boys. Her free time is spent skateboarding with her entire family, weightlifting, and doing outdoor activities.State Bar Admission: Florida.
