This webinar will provide a practical roadmap and tools for representing long-term care residents facing a variety of residency-related issues, including involuntary discharge and termination or reduction in needed therapies, as well as those to address other civil legal needs such as drafting or revoking a durable power of attorney (DPOA). Presenters will also address legal options related to assisted living facility (ALF) discharges in light of current Florida law and consider potential statutory changes to enhance residents’ protections.
